Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account, downloading iQuick, subscribing, or otherwise using our services, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into a binding agreement and that you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use our services on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.

2. Description of services

Vorynex develops software and SaaS tools. iQuick is a mobile application that offers social media utility features such as content-related tools, profile utilities, analytics-oriented utilities, and productivity features, as described in the app store listing and in-app materials. Features may change, be added, or be discontinued. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

3. User responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate account information and keep credentials confidential;
• Use our services only in compliance with applicable laws and regulations;
• Comply with third-party platform terms (e.g. social media platforms) when your use of iQuick interacts with those services;
• Not use our services in any way that harms other users, our systems, or third parties;
• Be responsible for content you access or process through the app and for ensuring you have lawful rights to do so.

4. Prohibited activities

You must not:

• Use iQuick or our infrastructure for illegal purposes or to violate others’ rights;
• Attempt to scrape, harvest, or overload our systems in ways that abuse rate limits, bypass security, or impair service for others;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except where law permits;
• Circumvent access controls, billing, or technical restrictions;
• Use our services to distribute malware, spam, or misleading content;
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation;
• Resell or redistribute our software or access credentials without our written permission.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations. Some jurisdictions impose additional rules on downloading or using third-party content; you are solely responsible for compliance.

5. Subscriptions

If iQuick or related services offer paid subscriptions, fees, billing cycles, and renewal terms will be shown at checkout or in the app store. Subscriptions may renew automatically until cancelled in accordance with the platform’s cancellation process (e.g. Google Play subscription settings). We may change pricing or plans with reasonable notice where required by law or platform rules.

6. Payments and billing

Payments are processed by Razorpay and/or platform billing (e.g. Google Play). You authorise us and our payment processors to charge your chosen payment method for applicable fees. You are responsible for applicable taxes. If a payment fails, we may suspend paid features until payment succeeds.

7. Refund policy

For purchases through Google Play, refunds are handled according to Google Play’s refund policies. For payments processed directly by Razorpay where our policy applies: subscription refunds, if any, are considered on a case-by-case basis for billing errors or service failures attributable to us; contact contact@vorynex.in within 14 days of the charge with your transaction details. We do not guarantee refunds for change of mind where platform rules state otherwise.

8. Intellectual property

Vorynex and its licensors own all rights in the software, branding, documentation, and content we provide (excluding your content and third-party materials). We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use iQuick for personal or internal business use in line with these Terms. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works except as allowed by law.

9. Third-party services and content

iQuick may interact with or link to third-party platforms. We are not responsible for third-party services, content, or policies. Your use of third-party services is at your risk and subject to their terms.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

Our services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vorynex and its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the services shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve (12) months before the claim (or INR 5,000 if you paid nothing), except where law does not allow such a cap.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vorynex from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of third-party rights.

13. Account termination

You may stop using our services at any time and may delete your account where the app or platform allows. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue a service with reasonable notice where practicable. Provisions that by nature should survive (e.g. liability limits, intellectual property) will survive termination.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to applicable law, courts in India shall have jurisdiction over disputes, unless mandatory consumer protections in your country require otherwise.

15. Changes to these terms

We may modify these Terms by posting an updated version and changing the “Last updated” date. Material changes may be communicated through the app or by email where appropriate. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
