We respect your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes what information we may collect when you use our website, create an account, or use iQuick; how we use it; who we share it with; how we keep it secure; and what choices you have. By using our services, you acknowledge this policy.

2. Information we collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

• Account information — such as name, email address, phone number (if you provide it), account identifiers, and preferences you set in iQuick or on our website.
• Usage data — such as app and feature usage, in-app events, approximate timestamps, crash or diagnostic logs, and support requests you send us.
• Device and technical information — such as device type, operating system version, app version, language, general region (e.g. country), IP address, and identifiers needed for security, analytics, or push notifications (where enabled).
• Information you choose to provide — such as messages you send to support or content you submit through forms.

We aim to collect only what we need to run and improve our services, keep accounts secure, and meet legal obligations.

3. How we use information

We use personal information to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain iQuick and our website;
• Create and manage accounts, authenticate users, and prevent fraud or abuse;
• Improve performance, reliability, and user experience (including analytics where enabled);
• Send service-related notices, security alerts, and (where you opt in) marketing communications;
• Process payments and subscriptions through our payment partner (we do not store your full card details — see below);
• Comply with law, respond to lawful requests, and enforce our terms;
• Provide customer support and respond to your enquiries.

4. Third-party services

We use reputable service providers to host infrastructure, process payments, analyse usage, and deliver app functionality. These providers may process data on our behalf under contractual safeguards. Examples include:

• Google — e.g. Google Play services, Firebase, or Google Cloud, for hosting, authentication, analytics, crash reporting, or related tools as configured in our apps and backend.
• Meta (Facebook) — only if we integrate Meta products (such as analytics or advertising SDKs). Use is disclosed in-app or in store listings where applicable, and subject to Meta’s policies.
• Firebase (Google) — for backend, authentication, messaging, or analytics components where we enable them.
• Razorpay — for payment processing. Razorpay handles payment card and transaction data according to its own privacy policy and security standards.

5. Payment processing

Payments for subscriptions or purchases are processed securely by Razorpay (or, where applicable, platform billing such as Google Play). Vorynex does not receive or store your full payment card number. We may receive limited billing metadata (e.g. transaction ID, subscription status, last four digits if shown by the processor) needed to fulfil your purchase and support your account. Razorpay’s terms and privacy policy apply to payment data they process.

6. Data security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. These include secure connections (HTTPS), access controls, and vendor standards appropriate to our stage and risk. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, including legal, accounting, and dispute-resolution requirements. When data is no longer required, we delete or anonymise it in line with our internal practices.

8. Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have the right to access, correct, update, or delete certain personal information; to withdraw consent where processing is consent-based; to object to or restrict certain processing; and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority where available.

9. International transfers

Our service providers may process data in India or other countries. Where we transfer personal data across borders, we do so in accordance with applicable law and appropriate safeguards where required.

10. Children’s privacy

iQuick and our services are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us data, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it. Users who are minors under local law should use our services only with a parent or guardian’s involvement where required.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised policy on this page and update the “Last updated” date. For material changes, we may provide additional notice (e.g. in-app or by email). Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy.
